Welcome to Casa de la Cordillera (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website https://casadelacordillera.rentals, booking a stay, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

  • You must provide accurate personal details when booking. False or misleading information may result in cancellation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

​

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00PM PHT.

  • Standard check-out time: 12:00NN PHT.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and availability, and may incur additional fees.

3. Pricing & Payments

​

  • Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary depending on season, demand, and promotions.

  • Payment methods accepted include [insert payment options, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet].

  • Any additional services (meals, activities, transport) will be charged separately.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made 3 days before arrival for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit or full payment.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 days.

5. Guest Responsibilities

​

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.

  • Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the responsible guest.

  • Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Liability

​

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, but Casa de la Cordillera is not liable for accidents, loss, or damage to personal property.

  • Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance for coverage during their stay.

7. Use of Website

​

  • You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with website functionality.

  • All content, images, and materials on this website are owned or licensed by Casa de la Cordillera and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

House Rules

We are glad you’re here at Casa de la Cordillera. To keep things comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines:

Quiet Hours

​

  • To keep the villa calm, quiet hours are from 10PM - 7AM.

  • Please keep voices and music low during this time. We have a "Silent Night" city ordinance in place that prohibits any type of noise pollution during the said timeframe. The proper authorities will be notified in case this is violated.

​

Visitors

​

  • Friends are welcome, but please register them with our staff.

  • Overnight guests are not allowed within the premises of the Villa. Extra charges will be imposed if not followed.

​

Smoking & Alcohol

​

  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed within the premises of the entire villa. We are a smoke-free city, and we require our guests to be respectful of our ordinances.

  • Enjoy responsibly—rowdy or unsafe behavior isn’t part of the retreat.

​

Pets

Caring for the Property

  • Please use the space as if it were your own home.

  • Please switch off lights, fans, and other electrical and electronic appliances/equipment when not needed.

  • Dispose of trash in the bins provided.

Respect for All

​

Guests who disregard these guidelines may be asked to leave without refund.
